Elitsa Tsenova has been elected as a Managing Board member of the Association of the Commercial Building Owners in Bulgaria.

Elitsa Tsenova, our CIO and Head of Asset Management, has been elected as a Managing Board member of the Association of the Commercial Building Owners in Bulgaria. She will further support the organization for implementing the best market practices. The Association of the Commercial Building Owners (ACBO) is a voluntarily, non-political, non-governmental and non-religious organization founded in 2013. The members are more than 20 companies, owners of commercial buildings in Bulgaria with total TBA of more than 500 000 sqm. ACBO`s mission is related to the following objectives:

• supporting the efficient operation of its members and promotion of their common interests;
• representing the interest of the Association members in front of state and municipality authorities, tax authorities, commercial banks, utility companies and other third parties;
• implementation of best market practices and enhancement of Association member’s professionalism.
