Oregon Park comprises of three office buildings, with approximately 70,000 sqm of leasable office space, BREEAM certified to an EXCELLENT level. By the end of 2019, when building C will be finalized, Oregon Park will become one of the most modern, efficient office environment projects in the Barbu Vacarescu- Floreasca area and in the Northern part of Bucharest. Building B of Oregon Park has already won the prestigious CEEQA award of “Best overall Building in SEE 2018”, because of its the state-of-the-art design and latest technology used for the office space, focusing on the comfort of the tenants but also on low consumption and ecology.

Polygrafia Office Center is currently going through the process of being officially LEED certified. It is planned to have all the assessments completed by the end of 2018. Polygraphia Office Center is one of Sofia’s historical landmark buildings, which after a major redevelopment, was converted into a modern office complex. With the addition of its Phase 2 extension in December 2017, Polygraphia reached 35,000 sq.m. of modern office space in the heart of Sofia, aligned with the international efficiency and sustainability standards.
