The team of Lion’s Head starts the year with ambitious goals and three main priorities – it is set to expand its portfolio of assets, develop new markets and enter a new business area – logistics. With a view to the attainment of these goals, Tanya Koseva-Boshova has joined the company’s management and will be leading Lion’s Head as Managing Director and Partner from February 1, 2022.

She takes over all operational functions and continues to lead the team of Park Lane Developments.

“The dynamism in the office segment requires from us to be flexible, adaptable and fast as we pursue sustainable growth. I believe that the synergies between Lion’s Head and Park Lane will help achieve the high goals ahead of us”, Tanya Koseva-Boshova said.
