Oregon Park obtained DEKRA certification for compliance with the international anti-COVID standards

Oregon Park successfully passed through DEKRA Trusted Facility audit and certification process. Obtaining this certification is a confirmation that the safety measures against the spread of Covid-19 taken by Oregon Park are properly implemented and in accordance with international standards set by the World Health Organization (WHO).

DEKRA Trusted Facility certification is a confirmation of our continued concern and effort to meet our partners’ expectations in these unprecedented conditions”, said Radu Tar, Property Manager, Oregon Park.

The DEKRA Trusted Facility standard ensures that all measures to prevent and manage cases of Covid-19, from lobbies of the buildings, to technical and maintenance services, cleaning and customer interaction are implemented in accordance with the guidelines provided by WHO and by local agencies regulating occupational safety and health standards, as well as by institutions responsible for public health policies.

It varifies the implementation of the following topics by an assessment carried out on the 17.05.2021:

• Implementation of prevention measures
• Information and communication of staff and clients
• Prevention measures implementation in the following areas: reception desks, technical and maintenance services, cleaning and housekeeping
• Handling COVID-19 cases
• Suppliers and service providers control
